Effective from October 23, 2026
By using the NexusSoul app, you agree to these terms.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, please do not use NexusSoul.
All characters and their replies are created by artificial intelligence. They are fiction: characters are not real people, and their words are not professional advice. AI can make mistakes. Do not make important decisions about health, money or safety based only on what characters say.
Characters, stories and messages you create belong to you. By publishing a character for others, you confirm that you have the right to do so and allow it to be shown in the app. It is forbidden to create or publish content involving minors in a sexual context, illegal content, harassment of real people, or content that infringes others' copyrights.
Searching for music videos and songs in the app works through YouTube API Services. By using this feature, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and Ether are purchased through Google Play or the App Store. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the store settings. Ether is the app's in-app currency: it cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside NexusSoul. Refunds follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
We do our best to keep the app stable, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of failures. We may restrict access for a user who violates these terms.
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page; we will announce important changes in the app.
