Privacy Policy

NexusSoul is a mobile app with role-play stories and AI characters. This page explains in plain words what data we receive, why, and how you can control it.

1. What data we receive

Account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and account ID (through Google's Firebase Authentication). Your Google password is never shared with us.
Your stories. Characters, chats, character memories, settings and Ether are stored on your device. You make backups yourself, and they are saved wherever you choose.
Message text for AI replies. For a character to reply, the conversation text and the character description are sent to the artificial intelligence service that creates the reply. If you share a music video or a song, the video link is sent to the AI service so it can watch or listen to it.
Voice. If voice is turned on, the text of a line is sent to a speech synthesis service.
Purchases. Subscriptions and Ether are paid through Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your card details.

2. Why

Only to make the app work: signing in, character replies and voices, saving your stories, crediting subscriptions and Ether, and answering your support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use your chats for advertising.

3. Who receives the data

Only the services the app cannot work without: Google (Firebase — sign-in and storage of service data), AI services that create character replies and analyze music videos, the voice service, and app stores — for payments. Each of them processes data under its own privacy rules.

YouTube

To find a music video or song you share in a story, NexusSoul uses YouTube API Services: a search query — the title of the video or song — is sent to YouTube. By using this feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google processes data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's access to your data on the Google security settings page.

4. Age

NexusSoul is intended for adults only — 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

5. Your rights

You can delete chats, characters and memories in the app itself.
To delete your account and related data, write to us at [email protected] from your account's email address — we will delete them within 30 days.
You can ask what data we have about you and correct it.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top, and announce important changes in the app.
